　　You'll report to the Manager of Systems Software. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

　　During a Typical Day, You’ll

　　Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow requirements.

　　Expert in Designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet organizational needs. This includes configuring complex application components in the service portal, forms, tables, and logic workflows.

　　Expert in writing and maintaining scripts using JavaScript, Glide Script, Angular JS/NodeJS, HTML/CSS, and other scripting languages to automate processes, create rules, and enhance ServiceNow functionality.

　　Expert in Integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.

　　Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within ServiceNow, ensuring proper security and data protection. Expert in Maintaining licenses within entitled for compliance.

　　Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, usage, and compliance.

　　Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, architecture flow diagrams, and changes made in the ServiceNow platform.

　　Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and apply upgrades and patches as needed, ensuring system stability and security.Provide training and support to end-users, helping them utilize.

　　What You Bring to the Role

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience

　　Minimum IT experience of 10 years

　　Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (ITOM/ITAM-CMDB/HRSD)

　　In-depth working experience in at least 2-3 other application modules such as SAM, HAM, ITBM, Service Portal, or Integrations

　　Experience with ServiceNow integrations using LDAP, SSO, mid-server, web services, email, and other relevant technologies

　　·Configured ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery probes and sensors

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
