ServiceNow Implementation Manager - ITOM
Crowe is seeking a passionate leader to guide our clients through their ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) program and share their knowledge of ITOM's services, processes, and best practices for IT operations availability to maximize its value. This position requires an individual that demonstrates leadership, decision-making, and management skills, and to oversee the ServiceNow ITOM implementations to serve our clients with excellence.
This individual will manage the ServiceNow ITOM implementations. Projects are fast-paced and facilitated in a team atmosphere. This individual would be responsible for leading our team to deliver consulting services including solution development, project leadership, business development, managing client service delivery, and manage other duties assigned by employer.
Responsibilities:Support pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping, lead proof of concepts and assist with preparing SOWs (Statement of Work)The primary focus of this role is IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Integrations, but the selected resource may also be assigned work on other ServiceNow modules (ITAM, ITSM, ITBM, DevOps)Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience of running an IT Operations Management program.Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow for supporting their ITOM program.Lead project implementation & oversee architectural design, while working directly with our Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and team of Developers to ensure project delivery is on track.Facilitate project introduction, kick-off meetings & weekly client status meetings, while creating and managing project timelineProvide guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration.Provide final quality assurance reviews of all deliverables.Design and deliver end user training.Expand client's vision and opportunities to drive additional business value through ServiceNow.
Desired Skills:Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or two of the following: Discovery, Event Management, HAM, SA, and Service Mapping
Qualifications:5+ years' experience in a professional environment3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on ITOM (IT Operations Management)Proficient in ServiceNow ITOM development (configuration and coding).Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time.Experience providing business/operations/technical consulting to senior leaders of organization.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills.Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and toolsWillingness to travel a minimum of 30%
