Summary of Key Responsibilities
This role requires a strong foundation in the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on capabilities related to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and Asset Discovery. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Contribute to the design, implementation, support, and expansion of our ServiceNow platform.
• Support the continuous improvement process with form, workflow, reporting and automation improvements across the ITSM, ITOM, CMDB suites.
• Enhance, maintain, and support existing integrations.
• Provide high quality support and documentation for all users of the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards.
Summary of Experience
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development using Javascript
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, building an effective network of relationships inside and outside Starbucks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, as an advocate for the platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to design pragmatic solutions Demonstrated success working within an Agile development environment.
Basic Qualifications
• 1-4 years of professional industry experience with software development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Additional Qualifications
• Experience implementing and enhancing ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
• Experience with UI builder, configurable workspace, and Service Portal a plus.
• Experience using and integrating ServiceNow with other common IT tools like PagerDuty, Teams and Jira.
