Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following: (Other duties may be
assigned)
Manage and order raw materials to support production demand
Purchase supplies to support production and general facility operation
Coordinate daily stockroom activities
Supply the lab floor with requested product
Package/kit finished goods used to fill customer part orders.
Fill customer parts orders
Participate in monthly and annual stock room inventories
Support finance/account payable with invoice submittal, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
Participate in cross-functional project teams related to planning and process improvement initiatives.
Support qualities activities such participated in Material Review Board (MRB), documenting material issues and corresponding with suppliers.
Support Incoming Inspection of supplier/inventory items received
Other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager

Education/Experience :
High School Diploma, or equivalent
2- or 4-year College degree preferred
One to three years related experience in a purchasing, planning or supply chain role; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Business Knowledge
Working knowledge of purchasing/supply chain functions and overall general business operations.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles (desired)
Experience in the dental industry or other regulated industry (desired)
Language Ability :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, part drawings, specifications and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
$19.40 - $23.10 per hour
