  Job DescriptionSummaryProvides administrative support related to Managed Services (MS) application of ServiceNow in Domain Separated deployment. Provides advanced administration services for existing customers and various MS internal departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Works directly with MS management, internal MS departments, Service Delivery team and Global team to scope, plan, configure, and manage US Domain instance of ServiceNow.* Provides input, approvals, and testing on development activities presented by all regions/domains in Global instance.* Influences and consults (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during regional approvals.* Maintains knowledge of changes to system, upcoming changes and delivers communications to allow teams time to prepare and inform customers.* Maintains knowledge of most recent ServiceNow release and associated features.* Creates and maintains written documentation on existing and newly created ServiceNow features for US region.* Troubleshoots technical problems related to ServiceNow before escalating issues to CSP team.* Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.* Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.* Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
