Key Responsibilities:

　　• 承擔台北實驗室的日常校準工作，需要時提供現場校準服務。

　　• 協助實驗室的時間頻率和電學領域的計量工程師.

　　• 協助實驗室技術負責人維護相關稽核事宜。

　　• 維護實驗室自動校準程式 ( 編寫和除錯 ) 與優化。

　　• 協助服務銷售為大客戶提供技術支援。

　　• 在規定的時間內對測試和量測儀器進行維修和校準

　　• 與客服代表 (CSR) 合作並支援客戶代表處理客戶儀器接收 , 識別 , 及包裝運送

　　• 必要時線上解答並提供維修報價單相關內容基礎技術解說

　　• 必要時與客戶線上溝通 , 在故障排除過程中提供技術意見和產品功能解釋

　　• 部門及實驗室經理安排的其它工作。

　　• 根據公司業務的需求，支援擴展校驗能力， 如設備配置，方法驗證。

　　Qualifications:

　　• 至少大學本科畢業，電機電子工程、自動化、通信、儀器儀錶等相關專業。

　　Bachelor or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation, Communication, Instrument or related.

　　• 23 年以上實驗室校準工作經驗。

　　• 具備儀器控制 (SCPI) 程式設計經驗，熟悉 Fluke MET/CAL 軟體的優先考慮。

　　• 熟悉實驗室認可及 ISO/IEC 17025 標準的優先考慮。

　　• 具備團隊合作精神和自主學習能力。

　　• 結果導向，能在有挑戰的商務環境中工作。

　　• 樂於提供高品質的服務給到客戶。

　　• 熟練使用英文進行書面和口語交流。
