Roles and Responsibilities
This job is owner of the Options & Upgrades product line results doing the internal reporting and contributes as team effort to the other Service growth lines of work: Contracts, On Demand Services, teaming up with the other SVC Sales specialist to drive growth in contracts activating all added value products of the SVC portfolio: digitals tools, Artificial Intelligent services proactive and predictive, subscription models (saas – software as a service),… or any other future addition to the portfolio.
The role is also responsible of the roll out of the central marketing initiatives related to Imaging contracts growth and O&U growth: sales campaigns, products awareness, trainings to different teams (Account Managers, Product Sales, Specialists, Service Specialists, Field Engineers), or proposing local initiatives and negotiating pricing or delivery conditions with central.
Work with the Service Delivery team (RSLs, Regional service engineers…) to identify success cases of service delivery with added value tools to help build testimonials to foster SVC contracts upselling based on these tools.
A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead projects with some risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy and designstrategy.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Has the authority to summon and use all the necessary internal and external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions, and to move commercial operations, campaigns and projects forward.
Work with local modality managers to define strategy to follow: products to focus on and franchaise initiatives for the same growth purpose
Collaborate or initiate proactively the preparation of O&U offers to customers, and provide the AMs and PSSs with the SVC insights regarding SVC best practices, SVC margin analysis and revenue expectations and targets. Give support to PSS in apttus quotes KPIs aligned with the SVC objectives.
Drives the commercial campaigns associated to EOL programs in coordination with the modalities.
Participates in Marketing central round tables and contribute with local iniciatives and best practices.
Work with account managers, executive account managers and zone imaging manager on funnel quality, and Ib management tools.
Prepares our participation in SVC congresses: engage account managers and other stakeholders and prepare and manage our participation in scientific tables to convey the innovation svc messages.
Drive IB analysis per customer or per area to identify IB to target for specific actions, to respond to a tender, to present a multi-modality offer, …
Work with Life Cycle Management team (LCM) modality managers in estimations and results of O&U per modality, as well as commercial plan, and build initiatives together.
Required Qualifications
This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Account Sales. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
