　　Duties & requirements

　　In this role the Service Express Intern answers and directs all telephone calls, whilst handling guests’ requests in a professional manner, with the aim of providing maximum customer satisfaction.

　　In performing this role, the successful intern must be proficient in spoken English, have strong verbal and written communication skills

　　Has a passion for the hospitality industry and has a know-how of hotel operations

　　Demonstrate great customer service skills

　　We are looking for interns with a positive attitude, who are willing to learn and progress

　　Ideally, interns need to be available for a minimum of four to five months, starting from May and covering until September or October 2024. Preference will be given to interns who will be available to cover the whole 6 month period
