Starting salary: $36,757

　　Job Duties:

　　The successful candidate will be expected to:

　　Maintain a caseload with the time and attendance system for direct care staff.

　　Audit and approve entries within database software, where attention to detail is essential.

　　Clear/timely communication via phone and email, maintaining documentation of the communications.

　　Work within an office setting.

　　Education:

　　A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

　　Two-to-three years of customer service and data entry experience.

　　Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and through written communication.

　　Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

　　Travel Required: No
