  We are looking for Service Desk Agent to join one of our major international projects:

  Please find the details below:

  Monday to Friday (Hours of Operation are between 7am and 10pm Brazil Time)Language needed is Brazilian Portuguese and English.Living in Mexico - Guadalajara is mandatory

  Resolución de problemas (O365/VPN/Skype/Impresora/Active Directory/MS-Office, etc.)
