Description

　　Robert Half has a client located in Euless, seeking a Service Desk Analyst. If you are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working in an innovative environment, you will thrive in this position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years' experience within a call center environment. This Service Desk Analyst position, which is a contract to permanent opportunity, is located in Euless, TX.

　　Provide phone and web-chat support to end users and external vendors on a variety of Information Technology related issues; 90% of the support will be via phone, basic access/minimal support to external vendors.

　　Research and resolve basic network (VPN, network printer), hardware, and software application problems.

　　Document and track the details of the problem, both status and resolution, within the help desk tracking application.

　　Communicates and follows-up with the user while working the problem and ensures successful and timely completion of the problem.

　　Provide assistance with division office moves, computer refreshes and fill-in for division IT personnel on an as-needed basis.

　　Administer user accounts for Active Directory and Office 365 suite including Outlook, Excel, etc.

　　Requirements

　　Microsoft Office 365 application support experience: OneNote, OneDrive, etc.

　　Active Directory experience: create/delete users, password resets etc.

　　Azure Active Directory experience is a plus.

　　Remote software: Bomgar, TeamViewer, or similar tools.

　　Troubleshoot VPN issues – Cisco.

　　AnyConnect Experience utilizing ServiceNow.

　　Ability to close 25+ tickets daily.
