  Responsibilities

  Leadership & Operations Management: Manage and lead from behind a team to achieve goals and objectives. Organize, prioritize, and delegate assignments to achieve specific service level agreements, key performance indicators to achieve project deliverables. Continuously develops the service delivery team talent to elevate the role of a Service Delivery Director by empowerment, coaching, and support for personal development.

  Escalation and Problem Resolution: Skilled in independently assessing the issue and owning the engagement of the appropriate stakeholders to overcome. Quickly finds effective solutions to an issue while adhering to organizational processes and maintaining strong relations with business partners and colleagues.

  Incident Management: Act as incident commander for major incident bridge of unplanned interruptions, malfunctions, and quality reductions of provided IT services. Follow incident management protocols and restore provided IT services to normal operation as quickly as possible. Actively participate in the improvement of incident management processes, procedures, and knowledge. Communicates effectively and timely with leadership if major issues are not resolved quickly.

  Communication: Provides clear, concise, and effective communication to meet the unique needs of different audiences. Creates a mutual understanding, harmony, and action by being an attentive listener and encouraging open expression of diverse ideas and opinions.

  Vendor Management: Partners with the Service Delivery Program, Vendor Management Office, and key stakeholders to lead managed services providers to achieve contractually obligated service level agreements and deliver a positive customer experience. Develops strong proactive collaborative partnership. Leads and actively participates in process improvement activities and raises concerns, especially around SLA, risk, and security.

  Collaboration: Work with various groups, leadership levels, teams, and vendors that are not under direct management to achieve goals and expected outcomes. Lead service delivery managers and logistics coordinators to work across AT Towers and with business partners. Partners with Service Delivery Program Director and other Service Delivery Directors to drive service improvements across Ascension, manage the SD Program budget, and deliver on SD Program priorities.

  Relationship Management: Develop a network of trusting relationships with peers throughout the larger AT organization who you directly engage to explore opportunities and overcome challenges. Build and strengthen internal and outside relationships critical to the service delivery organization. And in consultation with the market Account Management Director, be accountable to markets leadership / strategic business partner relationships.

  Team Culture: Create a culture of ownership and accountability within the team. Ensure team approaches their work as problem solvers (versus problem admiration) - and approaches their work in a way that demonstrates a "We" culture with their AT colleagues and extended partners (as opposed to "us vs them").

  Requirements

  Education:

  High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.Additional Preferences
