G&W Equipment is hiring an experienced Service Coordinator to support our Greenville, SC branch. This person will be responsible for working with customers over the phone, and coordinating repair work with our field service technicians and parts department. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
The Service Coordinator position at G&W includes but is not limited to the following items:
Dispatch incoming service calls
Enter service labor hours
Open and close service work orders
Quote and schedule delivery of equipment with customers and internal departments
Schedule transportation of equipment between branches
Responsible for tracking and billing of rental equipment
Responsible for billing of internal and external transportation costs
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working in a dispatching, fast paced, customer service position
Material handling industry experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who can work independently or with a team of like associates
Excellent communication skills
Able to process paperwork associated with service work, rental contracts, and transportation.
Able to effectively manage time
Drug screen / criminal background check
