Position SummaryThe Service Coordinator, under general supervision, coordinates all customer repair activity.
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities * Interfaces with customers and assigns RMA numbers as necessary and all applicable data entry required * Interfaces with repair technicians to determine failure mode/analysis and pricing for repairs * Manages all paperwork and order entry required for entire repair process * Manages the repair database * Researches and reports on failure trends
Needed Skills * Possess good organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills * Possess data processing, mathematical, and technical skills
TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS:Must be able to analyze failures for trends, research and compile customer history, and choose the most effective course of action in order to satisfy customers' requests within company policy guidelines.
Qualifications * Associate's Degree or applicable technical experience. Two to four years in a related technical environment.
