　　Fire Fighter Sales and Service Co. is well-established company that sells, services, installs and inspects fire prevention products such as extinguishers, suppression systems, alarm systems, sprinkler systems in commercial buildings. We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Dispatcher.

　　From $17 an hour

　　This position serves customers by scheduling/dispatching service technicians and resolving customer issues.

　　Evaluate and organize routes for the service techniciansSchedule service technicians and customer follow-upReview daily the service technicians' activities, prepare reports and complete customer surveysIdentify and resolve customer problemsEffectively communicate with variety of customers and employeesAccomplish customer service and organization mission by completing related results as neededQualifications

　　H.S. Diploma or equivalent1-3 years of experience scheduling/routing service technicians1-3 years of exceptional customer service experienceComputer proficient with Microsoft Office (Word processing and Excel spreadsheets)Highly organized and detail-orientedExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to recognize and solve problemsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMust have a good work history, good attendance, and work ethicSelf-motivated/ team player
