　　Establish financial controls and procedures

　　Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered

　　Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency

　　Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary Requirements - Highly-qualified in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

　　Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

　　Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

　　Command of Billing Collection

　　Subcontract Agreements experience highly desired

　　Construction Projects experience preferred

　　Solid understanding of Billing Functions

　　Contractual billing experience

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
