JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Data Engineer Leader isresponsible for designing data and analytics solutions with anenterprise-wide focus. This role supports and provides guidance for alllevels of design, development, and implementation. Includes traditionaldata warehousing platforms and modern cloud data platforms. JOBRESPONSIBILITIES Consult with business counterparts to understand newdata requirements and design solutions to support the requirements.Collaborate with the architects to ensure solutions fit within thecompany data strategy and help influence that strategy. Develop, test,and implement Data Engineering solutions to acquire and load data frominternal and external sources to the data lake or data warehouse formulti-purpose use. Responsible for conveying these solutions and designsto the engineering team. Design and implement monitoring and alertingstrategy for data processes. Collaborate with engineering team andsupport team to implement. Provide technical and project documentation,utilizing agile project management methodologies. Participate in theexecution and planning of the team\'s work utilizing Agilemethodologies. Develop plans to mentor and build competencies within theData and Analytics team and our partner teams. Lead analysis for futurestrategies, projects, tools, and technologies. Influence and driveresults through others within the Data and Analytics team and USVenture.
