In this position, you will communicate with our technicians to make recommendations for maintenance programs that meet the customer’s needs in an efficient and friendly manner. 　　Requirements:

　　Previous sales or customer service experience.

　　Prior Service writing experience or Ford knowledge a plus.

　　Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.

　　Basic computer skills. Experience with CDK a plus!

　　General car knowledge beneficial.
