Focused onthe organizations sustainability goal by selling new services,re-selling existing clientele, and influencing customer attrition andgrowth through Inspections, Estimates, New Sales, and Service.

　　Must be 21 years old, pass a background check and have clean drivingrecord

　　DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems andcommunicate service details.

　　Outdoor work, lifting at least 50lbs, crawling/kneeling, and fitting intight spaces.

　　Applying pesticide treatments to residential properties

　　Data entry & documentation into mobile devices for services performed(ipad provided)

　　Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season.

　　Must pass the Maine State Pesticide Exam

　　ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES:

　　\$5 bonus per customer 5 star review

　　\$2000 sign-on bonus at the end of summer

　　20% Commissions earned on sales.

　　Five (5) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) after 180 days of employment
