　　The Role

　　Innovapptive has been growing rapidly as our Connected Worker Platform becomes the software of choice for industrial companies across the globe. We are now ready to double down and hit the accelerate button and increase our market penetration. We are looking for a SEO Analyst to join our expanding Demand Generation team. This role will report directly to the Manager Digital Marketing and will work closely with other members of the Marketing team. The SEO Analyst will work collaboratively to manage and support all search engine optimization and social media activities. This role includes overseeing and supporting various SEO initiatives aimed at enhancing rankings across major search networks with the ultimate goal of maximizing ROI.

　　This role is perfect for someone who has entrepreneurial drive and SEO experience! You will directly contribute to the growth of Innovapptive.

　　How You Will Make an Impact:

　　Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities for improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.

　　On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements for maximum search engine visibility.

　　Off-Page SEO: Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including effective link building, to augment our website's authority and reputation.

　　Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (including site speed, mobile optimization, and structured data markup etc.), ensuring optimal website performance.

　　Analytics/Tools: Proficient in MS Clarity, Search Console & Google Analytics4, I identify website optimization opportunities and deliver actionable SEO insights for continuous growth.

　　SEO Reporting: Produce regular reports to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous enhancement.

　　Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies, adapting and optimizing our SEO efforts accordingly.

　　Automation: Proficient in leveraging HubSpot's SEO tools for keyword management, ranking tracking, and content optimization, while using HubSpot's analytics to gain insights into organic traffic and collaborating with teams to integrate SEO best practices into marketing initiatives.

　　What You Bring to the Team:

　　Ideal Candidate: 

　　The ideal candidate is a highly energetic, passionate, and purpose-driven executive that wants to make a significant impact on the world. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and data-driven organization and is obsessed with search engine optimization.  

　　Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO with a demonstrably successful track record of improving organic traffic and search engine rankings.

　　Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and key SEO tools.

　　Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed recommendations.

　　Proficient in content creation, with the ability to write engaging and SEO-optimized copy for both website and social media.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

　　Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest SEO and social media trends and techniques.

　　Proficient in Secondary Market Research Techniques and tools

　　Should have knowledge in HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and proficiency in other SEO tools. 

　　Experience with A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize ad copy and landing page performance should be considered a plus.
