　　Our client in Downtown Pittsburgh is hiring for 8 Contact Center Agents for a contract to hire opportunity. The Contact Center Agent manages client requests regarding property and facilities repairs and maintenance. They are charged with ensuring that each and every caller's request is managed from inception to completion and payment (if appropriate) to the satisfaction of the client. Pay:$15-16

　　The role is temp to permanent preferred (long term)

　　All candidates must be in Pittsburgh

　　Hybrid role with a requirement to work from the office (Downtown PGH) and work from home

　　Candidates must have working highspeed internet and the ability to work remotely

　　All required equipment would be supplied

　　All training provided

　　All shifts have a 30 min lunch. The following shifts we have available are:

　　4:00PM - 12:30AM (Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday Saturday)

　　9:00pM - 5:30AM (Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

　　What is your day to day?

　　• Answer all incoming calls from the client portfolio.

　　• Ensure that requests are addressed in an expeditious manner.

　　• Verify and track work orders to completion.

　　• Analyze caller's needs and is empowered to implement the best strategy to respond to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

　　• Continually build customer relations with client personnel

　　• Ability to capture information in system whilst continuing conversation with client.

　　• Determine when to escalate critical works or issues that cannot be resolved without further assistance.

　　• The ability to effectively communicate and liaise with a wide range of internal clients such as Facilities Managers, Operations Managers and Account Managers is also necessary

　　Requirements - No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications

　　Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

　　A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

　　2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyAbility to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
