About Senior/Principal Technology Consultant

Job Description

Responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. Will perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend new and novel solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This is an opportunity to bring a combination of deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis knowledge of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support to a wide range of complex production environment problems related to immense growth, scaling, leveraging the cloud, extremely high performance, and high availability requirements.

Responsibilities

Takes lead in working with client networking team to assess the WAN (wide area network) requirements for enabling the client network to communicate with Millennium in the KC data center + RevElate in the Malvern data centers.

Install various software and output management components at the Customer location(s)

Assist and participate in the testing of the solution components

Manage the implementation of the Customer’s network, including selecting and deploying user devices, and integrating technology into workflow

Administer and support the Oracle Health Applications including installation, configuration, customization, and maintenance.

Monitor system performance, suggest improvements, and participate in the development and implementation of enhancement projects.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle Health related ticketing issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure system availability.

Education / Experience Required: BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. Identifies solutions in Technical Infrastructure support and server administration in a mid-sized environment; supporting and troubleshooting distributed applications, software, and operating systems; and administering and troubleshooting issues with messaging middleware and message brokers. Knowledge of enterprise platforms. Desire to keep up with modern technology and make recommendations. Knowledge of network architecture and protocols. Experience with enterprise administrative scripting using a major scripting language and experience with software deployment. Travel may be required in accordance with business needs. Related technical experience may be substituted for degree requirements, including Infrastructure support and server administration; supporting and troubleshooting distributed applications, software, and operating systems. Advanced knowledge of network architecture and protocols. Strong experience with enterprise administrative scripting using a major scripting language. 5+ years or more of related technical experience may be substituted for degree requirements, including Infrastructure support and server administration; supporting and troubleshooting distributed applications, software, and operating systems. Preferred experience includes Soarian Financials (RevElate). WIll also consider Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge.

About the team: The Center for Excellence migration work is critical to the success of RevElate deployment to the market; the CoE team will be deploying the RevElate software to our customer base to ensure value of platform is achieved.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $38.03 to $76.06 per hour; from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
