Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN is looking for exceptional, patient focused CV Scheduling Coordinators to join our Heart Center and make a difference for our patients and our community. At the Regions Heart Center, you'll get personalized cardiac care plans with everything from simple tests to complex surgery. We offer comprehensive prevention programs and to help you stay well and avoid future heart issues. Our team is made up of the best cardiologists and heart surgeons. The CV Surgery Coordinator will provide patient appointment scheduling, reception, clerical and customer service functions to all patients, visitors, and employees. These functions include scheduling appointments and surgical procedures, patient reception, appointment check-in, insurance verification and other related duties as assigned. This work may vary in percentage of time per function, location, and schedule. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Occasional (3-4 weekends per year) weekend shift 730 AM to 11:30 AM, Saturday and Sunday. (Time off during the week when scheduled for the weekend). Required Qualifications Two years of experience in healthcare scheduling OR 1 year of experience in Cardiology Department consistently demonstrating proficiency in Cardiology scheduling.
