　　Capital Group is looking for a direct response copywriter skilled in crafting persuasive content that not only engages and informs, but also drives conversions. Since this is a new role within a new team, you'll have an opportunity to set the bar high by applying response and acquisition marketing tactics to attract new advisor sellers.

　　You'll be part of the Acquisition team within Growth Marketing and report to the senior creative manager. You'll collaborate with a close-knit, cross-functional team to create high-quality, response-driven communications primarily within digital channels - including email series, web experiences and social media campaigns.

　　Promote Capital's range of investment offerings, services and thought leadership - with an emphasis on driving new advisor sellers to take actionUse performance data to assess and optimize the effectiveness of your copyMaintain knowledge of current industry best practicesContribute to robust brainstorming sessions with marketing manager and creative team to strategize, innovate and reach consensus on the most effective approachWork in close collaboration with copy editor, designer and digital author to align compelling copy with complementary visuals, layout and technical executionFoster relationships with counterparts in product and enterprise marketing teams, as well as sales partners, to ensure that messaging aligns to product and sales strategies

　　You have 7+ plus years of acquisition and/or direct response copywriting experience; financial services or related industry experience preferred.You possess a bachelor's degree.You have familiarity with acquisition marketing tactics and channels.You have foundational level of investment industry knowledge and an interest in building on that knowledge.You have a passion for writing creative, results-driven communications that are trackable, measurable, and targeted.You have a portfolio that showcases superb writing skills and the ability to distill and synthesize complex ideas into clear and compelling prose.You are interested in being part of a marketing and sales organization, eager to learn about our products, marketing strategy and the needs of our audiences, and will use that information to develop and shape your content.You thrive in team settings, have good interpersonal skills and experience working with stakeholders to develop content.

　　Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

　　New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197

　　In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
