  KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Web Production Specialist to join our Marketing organization.

  Responsibilities:

  Evaluate stakeholder requests and provide details on key content, assets, template, designs etc needed for authoring

  Triage web requests within ticketing management tool for example, Aprimo and assign tickets to the offshore authors to ensure timely and quality execution

  Function as a web liaison between the offshore team and stakeholders to monitor status of in-progress projects; ensure efficient prioritization of tickets, oversight/management of timely completion, and handling of escalations from the team in close collaboration with the web production manager

  Provide onshore web production support for stakeholders using Adobe Cloud Services (ACS) Content Management System (CMS) templates and modules

  Authorize web pages by leveraging best practices for User Experience and optimal page layout while adhering to our Brand guidelines; act as an SME for all things ACS and recommend Web best practices to stakeholders

  Assess and document the need for process and workflow improvements on an ongoing basis

  Qualifications:

  Minimum five years of recent experience in content management/web production function

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  Deep understanding of AEM - content fragment, experience fragment, digital asset management etc.

  Strong experience with any ticket-based, collaboration software like JIRA, Asana, Aprimo, etc. for managing a brisk stream of incoming requests; must be advanced in Microsoft Office Suite

  Experience collaborating with large, diverse teams using exceptional communication skills; ability to troubleshoot and solve issues

  Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven capability to respond flexibly to changing priorities
