　　Job Summary

　　Functions as a technology leader, department manager or administrative leader, in a role that implements design technology within the engineering strategy. May have influence in developing strategy. Responsible for execution of assigned projects.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Lead a small team of visualization specialists and perform in a supervisory capacity.

　　Provide guidance, mentorship, and training for other professionals.

　　Develop best practices and procedures to ensure a high-quality and consistent work product that maintains a consistent branded look across multiple media formats.

　　Continuous research to stay current with latest visualization technologies.

　　Develop compelling 3D visuals, digital media and/or digital experiences utilizing rendering, animation, VR/XR, and other interactive methods.

　　Develop and produce 3D models and other supporting content from various reference materials, including aerial imagery, CAD drawings, sketches, and images.

　　Participate in planning sessions to recommend the most effective visualization approach that fits the schedule and budget available.

　　Effectively manage expectations and communicate ideas directly with clients as well as within the team.

　　Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working closely with our teams to effectively meet project deadlines.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or sciences preferred or any other degree, specialized training, or experience, that makes the individual uniquely qualified to perform the job responsibilities.

　　8+ years of experience in 3D visualization and animation techniques

　　Expert in 3D modeling (Sketchup, Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max, Cinema4D, Blender or similar)

　　Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects specifically)

　　Experience in XR technologies a plus (Unity, Unreal, Nvidia Ominverse)

　　Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite

　　Ability to learn/work with multiple 3D platforms and software to improve efficiency and stay competitive

　　Excel in a fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment

　　Strong conceptual thinking and exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for solving complex problems

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Typically a minimum of 12 plus years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
