　　The way we work:

　　One developer codes one game from beginning to end. Project duration for game development can be anywhere from 3 weeks (short) to 6 months (long). You will be working in a small development team cooperating with more experienced Game developers, Game designers, Graphic artists, Mathematicians and Test Engineers, in a good working atmosphere.

　　What you’ll do:

　　● Design and code games for our slot machines that run-in casinos worldwide, in cooperation with Game designers, Graphic artists, Mathematicians and Test Engineers at different geographical locations

　　● Perform unit testing, review, document and debug software that meets the product or customer requirements

　　● Consult with engineering managers/experts and advising junior developers on software designs

　　● Balance and manage priorities, time spent, and progress on multiple projects

　　● Leads discussion of solutions to projects, including making contributions to common code-bases and provide suggestions/development around process improvements

　　● Works closely with Test Team and providing input around test strategies/plans and identifying areas of risk

　　● Clearly communicates technical information and risks to engineering managers/experts

　　● Provides guidance to more junior team members on project and team practices

　　● Tracks and supports project progress for more junior team members and ensures project success

　　Must-haves:

　　● Advanced knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming

　　● At least 3+ years of professional programming experience

　　● Working knowledge of version control systems

　　● Demonstrates an ability to work effectively in a remote/asynchronous environment

　　● Demonstrates good leadership skills, such as leading team projects, mentoring junior developers, work delegation, proactive communication.

　　Nice to have:

　　● Knowledge and experience in Unity

　　● Experience developing event-driven applications

　　● Experience learning and interpreting legacy or existing code-bases

　　● Scripting languages such as python, powershell

　　● Specialty market experience
