Audubon is currently seeking a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join ourteam. The Senior UI/UX Product Designer will be responsible fordesigning, writing, and maintain C# coding for our future and ongoingprojects. The Senior UI/UX Product Designer will also be required tocontribute to design and planning sessions as well as formulate approaches forcurrent coding tasks.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple productlaunchesRapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypesFamiliarity with OWASP top 10 techniques to secure code from vulnerabilitiesMaintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling asit relates to your roleAdhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protectionof information assetsReport actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches toan appropriate authorityCreate UX documentation (task-flows, scenarios and wireframes) tocommunicate concepts and designs to the team.Create UI artifacts (Hi-fidelity Figma files, prototypes and userinteraction specifications) for handoff to development and engineering.Propose and participate in user research, usability validation, and A/BtestingCollaborate with other team members, including Designers, ProductManagers, Project Managers, Content Strategists, and Developers to bringyour solutions to life.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience designing consumer and mobile products.Experience with user testing.Familiar with UX/UI best practices.Required: Proficient in Figma for the creation of wireframes,prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Required: understand CSS basics.Comfortable acting as a lead, directing the work of third-party designers asneeded.Strong attention to detail with an ability to communicate clearly andconcisely.BA in UX design, UI design, graphic design, or related fieldpreferred; master's degree in the same fields is ideal.
