  Location: Dallas, TX Hybrid role in office/client site. Must be local to Dallas and/or willing to relocate. We do not offer relocation assistance. We have similar opportunities in Chicago, IL and Atlanta, GA!

  Job Description:

  The Transition Manager is the interface role between Client, vendors (client incumbent), and internal operations teams, leading all aspects of the successful transition of services from one provider to another or from an internal team to an outsourced service provider.

  The Transition Manager sets the overall direction for the Transition Program team. The Transition Manager is accountable and responsible for delivering the Transition Projects included in the overall Transition Program in line with the Global Transition Methodology (GTM) which sets the framework for risk management, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution and reporting.

  As the Transition Manager, you will drive delivery excellence within our Cloud Infrastructure Services business. You will work in collaboration with the client transition teams, with existing provider teams and with internal operations and project teams to lead and deliver services into fully accepted run operations. Your strategic vision and leadership will be vital in aligning transition goals and outcomes with broader business goals.

  What You Bring:

  10 years infrastructure delivery management and transition management with a consistent record in successfully delivered transitions including cost performance, transition excellence, and client management. Includes experience running large and complex deals

  Demonstrated knowledge of financial and contract management and customer management, including conflict resolution

  Experience in leading, mentoring and coaching of operations teams (large/small) in global and multi cultural environments

  Experience working with presales teams to work on RFP, RFI responses including writing project charters and SOW

  Experience deploying IT Tools, setting up Service Management process and integration of ITSM tools with infrastructure tools

  PMP or Prince 2 certification preferred
