Specific responsibilities include design, technical leadership of specific design packages as well as coordinating the assembly of plans and specifications. Individual must be technically competent, with recognized rail specialization that resolves problems of significant scope and complexity. Individual may be required to plan, organize, and coordinate work of small to medium staff of professionals and technicians and lead in the formulation of advance technical concepts in proposal development, preliminary project/program phases and presentations to client.
