Family Centered Treatment (FCT)addresses the needs of a family as a whole, recognizing that whataffects one family member affects all family members. The program ishome- and community-based by nature, providing a more intensive andcollaborative approach to addressing family system breakdown. Internshiphours are flexible based on school scheduling and includes lateafternoon/evening hours. LSS can be flexible to accommodate your schoolspracticum/internship requirements. The Counseling Intern is aLimited Term Opportunity for students through structured intern programsat an accredited college/university and follows the guidelines of anagreement or learning plan. Under supervision, the Counseling Internmaintains a safe and therapeutic environment, while performing workinvolving the care and treatment of clients and other duties asrequired. Essential Duties and responsibilities: Provide individual,couples, family, group and substance abuse psychotherapy services toclients, as guided by the Clinical Supervisor.
