The Senior Technician/Inspector will perform soils, aggregate, and concrete placement observation and testing, as well as inspection of concrete, masonry, and steel construction.

　　Starting at $30/hour

　　*Pay is negotiable, depending on experience, skillset, and certifications.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　2+ years of relevant experience performing special inspections.

　　CalTrans Certifications for Soils, Aggregates, and Concrete Sampling and Testing.

　　AND/OR

　　Graduate of approved Apprenticeship Program for Building Construction Inspector.

　　Valid driver’s license, with good driving record.

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent client relations skills.

　　Preferred Qualifications:
