Webasto is seeking candidates to join our team as a Sr. Tax Expert at our North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI.
What you will do - Essential Responsibilities:
Organizes and prepares the national income tax returns including the examination of the decision and, if necessary, preparation of objectionsProcesses tax forms (e.g. withholding tax) and tax returns (e.g. sales tax)Performs current and deferred tax calculation for the domestic companies as well as support of the foreign companies within the scope of the annual financial statement work and preparation of the tax-relevant notes within the scope of the consolidated financial statementAnalyzes and implements topics in tax accountingHandles complex tax issuesParticipates in special projects such as mergers and acquisitionsPrepares domestic transfer pricing documentation, assistances with foreign transfer pricing documentation and supports in creation of the transfer price conceptPrepares tax guidelinesAssists with tax matters related to payroll, state registrations and corporate filingsManages corporate insurance coverages and claimsThe minimum requirements you will need:
