That enjoys strategizing, consulting, and creating or sourcing programming for our employees across different departments - and making sure those programs stick and run smoothly. To be successful, you must have 8+ years of experience in HR and Talent, Learning, and Development with expertise in change management and enterprise-wide curriculum development. A bonus would be deep experience in instructional design and expertise in career development and performance management.As a consultant to the business, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs. In this role, you will advise customers through the evolving talent development initiatives. As a member of our Human Resources department, you will strategize with business and HR leaders to solve day-to-day problems with holistic programmatic solutions. The Senior Talent Development Partner also leads all phases of the talent transformation project lifecycle from its design to deployment.In partnership with the Talent Development team, you will make an impact by creating new projects like the design of multi-level development programs and strategies.
