Kforce has a client in Durham, MA that is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst.Responsibilities:

　　Serve as a supporting subject matter expert to provide timely, pertinent information to other members of the squad and/or business partners

　　Provide insightful guidance/recommendations based on analyses to facilitate/influence decision-making processes and technology strategy

　　Develop artifacts that support efficient and effective solution delivery, ex. User stories, process maps/workflows, system diagrams

　　Identify and respond to production incidents/issues - validation, scope, impact, urgency

　　Proficiency in conducting a methodical evaluation of system capabilities relative to business needs

　　Ability to identify and assess technology solutions, noting both the technical and operational (people/process) dependencies

　　Ability to articulate both business and technical needs as functional and non-functional user stories

　　Demonstrated history of supporting complex data integrations between SaaS solutions

　　Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills

　　Experience with Oracle/SQL for data validation

　　Experience with coordinating and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

　　Self-starter with a strong level of engagement

　　Foundational knowledge of hardware for IoT and devices, AWS services (EC2), and/or experience with vendor managed systems are a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
