The Senior Data Analyst spearheads strategic initiatives to optimize SupplyChain performance by conducting comprehensive data analysis, standardizingdata across systems, and overseeing the collection, transformation, andaccurate reporting of critical information. This role plays a pivotal part indriving data quality enhancements and implementing visualization techniques toempower decision-making across diverse functional areas.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct mining, extraction, transformation, interpretation, andvalidation of data from diverse repositories to ensure accuracy andcompletenesChampion data quality initiatives by facilitating testing and data validationprocesses.Integrate and ensure standardization of data across various transactionalsystems and reporting systems within the Supply Chain domain.Collaborate closely with Operations, Corporate Supply Chain, and CorporateFinance teams to guarantee that data accuracy is in harmony with corporatemetrics and aligns seamlessly with overarching initiatives.Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to elicitrequirements, compose functional specifications, and prioritize businesssegment needs for enhanced metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI)reporting within the Supply Chain domain.Automation of repetitive tasks as needed to produce efficiencies for theanalytics and Supply Chain teams. Automation may include - but is not limitedto - SQL queries and stored procedures, Power Query and Power BItransformations, web scraping, and Excel macros.Employ statistical methods to analyze, explore, and present data,generate business reports, and provide comprehensive insights fordecision-making purposes. Statistical methods may include - but are notlimited to - time series analysis, machine learning, regressionanalysis, and other predictive modeling.Utilize data visualization techniques to present insightful and actionableinformation derived from statistical analysis, fostering data-drivendecision-making. Data visualization may include dashboards, graphs showingrelationships, and other reporting formats.Advise business partners on the interpretation of visualizations,dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to help bring forth actionableinsights.Respond efficiently to ad hoc information requests and inquiries, supportingstakeholders with relevant data insights.Offer guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a team of peers andsubordinates, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growthand development.Other duties may be assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science,Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in data mining, statistical analysis, or businessanalyticsMinimum of 5 years of SQL database querying and usage.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI or c mparable BusinessIntelligence (BI) reporting tools, demonstrating proficiency in datavisualization, dashboard creation, and insightful reporting.Financial Acumen a plus.Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP systems a plus.Experience with Python a plus.COMPETENCIESKnowledge of Supply Chain concepts, best practices, and operational research.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.Proficient in SQL covering query writing, query optimization, databasedesign, performance tuning, coupled with expertise in stored proceduresand functions.Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Proven ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of across-functional team.Ability to manage sensitive data and adhere to confidentiality requirements asneeded.Ability to compose effective and efficient reports.WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL ACTIVITYThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must bemet by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of thisjob.
