　　Job Description Summary

　　This position is responsible for Intercompany Accounting activities, such as leading monthly intercompany payment process, supporting to country or company level external audits, transfer pricing documentation, SOX and accounts reconciliation etc.

　　All inter-company transactions and activities are booked timely and accurately, including but not limited to:

　　Inter-company A/R billing and receivable

　　Inter-company A/P booking and payments, including in-house cash payment

　　Identify and confirm billed and unbilled amount

　　Prepare for monthly inter-company account reconciliations and follow up outstanding issues independently.

　　Applying the correct inter-company markup billing processes and making sure tax rates are appropriate for manual billing business.

　　Conduct Withholding tax booking process for Asia entities.

　　Quarterly analysis of US GAAP finance report for intercompany and 10K69 tax report, Support for country and entity level external audit when needed, support on transfer Pricing documentation.

　　Could be involved in SAP power user’s role to be responsible for SAP testing, daily Monitor control aspects of the remedy tickets issued, track and trace issues, document resolution and action plans and be the point for all SAP related queries within the team.

　　Comply with US GAAP to Accounting Finance standards and procedures on daily jobs.

　　Provide process support with the goal of streamlining and simplifying accounting processes while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data. Identify procedure or system error in daily operation, work out solution independently or recommend solution, to address the issue along with Team Lead and manager.

　　Solve the issues that occurred during daily work and feedback to the queries from the parties concerned.

　　Participate in continuous improvement on process and practice and apply automation projects to achieve higher performance and deliver better results.
