　　Summary:

　　In this role, you will serve as a strategic thought leader, partneringwith senior Vizient executives and experts to lead strategic initiatives thatspan Vizient's three business units while also leading the cultivation oftransformational business concepts within the enterprise. You will serve in ahigh-profile role critical to Vizient's long-term growth agenda.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead the execution of key strategic projects and growth strategies inpartnership with executive leaders in Vizient's business units and theOffice of Strategy ManagementSupport multiple project teams simultaneously to develop competitivestrategies, including adjustments to existing strategies based on newlearnings and changes in the competitive environment.Identify and manage transformational business concepts across the enterprisewith the intent of bringing new, value accretive solutions to market fromVizient.Identify and develop plans to evolve and expand existing solutions.Promote iterative concept development processes and drive company-wideresources to positive outcomes.Develop business cases and innovation concept launch plans for new initiativeswhile modeling innovative practices across the enterprise.Interface with and influence a variety of stakeholders across theorganization, from design and product to technology and operation, toexecutive leadership.Collaborate with knowledge experts to create product roadmaps and deliveryplans.Report out program progress, success, and areas of improvement to myriadof internal/external audiences.Understand current and emerging value levers within healthcare industry.

　　Qualifications:

　　Relevant degree preferred.7 or more years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in business strategy, product strategy developmentor management consulting required; top-tier strategy consulting firmexperience desired.Ability to help incubate best-in-class, differentiated and creative productsthrough sound vision, strategy, and road mapping, corporate ventureexperience highly desirable.Strong strategic thinking skills; analytical, results-oriented, andprocess-driven.Strong financial planning skills, a thorough understanding of financialmodels, and the ability to quantify the financial impact of variousinitiativesExpertise in crafting strategic narratives (in PowerPoint and long-formmemos) for senior leadership on complex topics.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and synthesizemarket opportunities and tangible concepts.Highly collaborative and influential, with proven skills in developing aconsensus from diverse opinions in a highly matrix environment.
