　　Broadridge Ireland is looking for a Senior Developer to work on our BRACS project to bring the next generation of Advisory Compensation system to our clients. BRACS is a cloud based product which manages the compensation lifecycle for broker dealers. BRACS manages both the back and front office operations, for example compensation management servicing all models of institutional and retail compensation and incentive plans.

　　5+ years of lead and hands-on experience in T-SQL development, Data Warehouse and Data Marts solutions3+ hands-on experience developing in an object oriented language, e.g. Java3+ years' experience working with JavaScript.Strong technical leadership skills with a proven recordExtensive experience with T-SQL, implementing stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, data dictionaries; knowledge of normalization and RDMS, data integrityExperience in Extracting, Transforming, and Loading (ETL) data from Excel, Flat File, other sources by using BCP/Python/SSIS.Previous experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Google, Microsoft)Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills; strong communication skillsExperience using code management tools, for example GIT or BitBucketExperience in creating tests; unit testing, assumption testingLike to Have Knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud architecture, Jenkins, and deployment processesExperience with migrations from on-prem to cloudFinancial Industry experience is a plusEducation: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalentHybrid Flexible at Broadridge:
