We need you to holistically oversee our technical solution architecture activities for our internal product teams that deliver the best in Digital Experiences, Collaboration, Personal Productivity, Communication, Search, Discovery, Insight, and Creativity. You will be part of a team with Senior Product Managers, reporting to the Senior Product Group Manager.
A Day in the Life of… a Senior Solution Architect
Provide the technical leadership to the team, drives the analysis, design, and integration activities related to the development of the products of our portfolio; supports the efforts of the Product Managers and the business, helping to define product roadmaps that deliver value
Facilitate evaluation and selection of new digital services, experiences, and software to address business requirements and pain points while driving a sustainable roadmap for the future..
Lead the implementation and the integration of the collaboration solution architecture based on Nestlé’s Enterprise Architecture business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
Manage, develop, and deliver the architectural design for our products, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the end-to-end technical solution (design, diagrams, process maps, governance, and compliance)
Act as a Lean-Agile leader, driving the team to prioritize activities and projects; facilitate the technical discussions with the Subject Matter Experts to drive knowledge sharing; bring focus on the end-to-end experience of the users and Nestlé’s strategical long-term vision.
Develop integration processes and interface requirements
Actively connect our team with other Product streams, relevant stakeholders, external partners and Suppliers to ensure that architectural designs and delivery objectives are aligned with IS/IT strategy while ensuring that technical dependencies are proactively clarified and addressed
Identify the financial and organizational impact of the solution architecture
Provide consulting and design assistance to the business and product owners
What else will make you successful?
Certified on and/or expertise working with multiple, diverse digital technologies, services and processing environments including Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Search, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint), Workplace by Meta, Adobe, and others Teams conferencing, collaboration, discovery, insight tools.
Strong Understanding of the practical application of technology trends, leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester), and new evolving business models
Proven ability to support Agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, that take account of technical and architectural needs
Experience working in and/or managing advisory councils, industry user groups, and key technology partners (vendors, Account Managers, Product Managers, Lab advocates and Executives)
Excellent understanding of application development methodologies & architectural modelling
Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements
An innovator mindset and an analytical thinker with the ability to balance a strong focus on innovation, analytical skills, technical knowledge, and listening.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, influence with integrity, and interact across teams and products.
Experience working in large, multi-national enterprises in globally diverse virtual teams
Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote)
