  Who are we looking for?

  The Senior Software Product Manager is responsible for managing all facets of product planning and management throughout the product lifecycle. This position works closely across all departments in the company to make certain the vision of the product is executed and ultimately ensuring the project supports the company's overall objectives and clients' needs.

  The Senior Software Product Manager communicates the company's product strategy and progress to teams, partners, clients and stakeholders. This position identifies client needs and the larger business objectives that the product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for the product to all team members, and rallies the team to turn that vision into a reality.

  Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related area.

  Minimum 5-10 years' experience in software product management.

  Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams.

  Solid understanding of business, product strategy and a principled approach to product challenges and opportunities.

  Proven talent in driving teams for performance and growth through client satisfaction.
