　　At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $126,000 and $155,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

　　Develop predictive models that forecast production outcomes and pinpointquality enhancements.Engage in data collection, employing advanced analytics to uncoveroptimization opportunities.Lead in-depth analyses to craft data-driven solutions for continuous processimprovement.Foster strong partnerships across functions to spearhead innovations in ourmanufacturing processes.Stay at the forefront of data science, continuously refining our practiceswith the latest methodologies.Advocate for data literacy, sharing insights that drive informeddecision-making throughout Leprino.Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionableconclusions.Implement advanced algorithms that enhance real-time decision-makingcapabilities.Enhance data collection procedures to include information relevant tobuilding analytic systems.Apply quality control, data validation, and cleansing processes toensure accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis.Communicate complex data in a clear and articulate manner tocross-functional teams and department leaders.Proactively identify patterns and anomalies in large data sets to uncovervaluable insights.Innovate and refine machine learning infrastructure that supports complexmodel development.Drive the adoption of data science methodologies in broader businesspractices.Initiate and lead projects to advance the company's data sciencecapabilities and vision.Translate business objectives into actionable data projects and milestones.You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):* Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, IndustrialEngineering, or a related field.* 5 years of applicable experience as a data scientist in a manufacturingenvironment.* Advanced programming experience using Python.* A strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, andartificial intelligence as it applies to manufacturing operations.* The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

　　We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):* A Master s degree in one of the fields mentioned above, with a penchantfor continuous learning.* R Programming experience.* Experience working with databases and SQL.* Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating across diverse teams to meetshared objectives.* A history of enhancing operations with actionable insights from complex datasets.* Strong communication skills to translate technical findings intounderstandable insights.
