Job Duties: Analyze business requirements and design, and develop software applications to meet requirements using existing and emerging technology platforms; Estimate and define time tables and project tasks; Analyze and estimate cost and time, and perform change impact analysis; Create and review unit and test plans; Create detailed program specifications; Analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to applications; Manage service levels, standards, and configurations; and Monitor operating efficiency of existing applications and recommend technical solutions. Requirements: Requires a Master s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 6 months of experience as Software Engineer, Intern, or related. Must have demonstrated knowledge of front-end application development in the telecommunications or payment processing industry, HTML5, and Javascript. Must have coursework in data structures, machine learning, network security, deep learning. Will accept any level of coursework. Telecommuting available anywhere in US.
