　　Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code

　　Define structural and behavioral aspects of implementation, develop, unit test, and deliver the features and enhancements within committed timelines.

　　Be a great test-driven engineer and set high standard for quality with every new development.

　　Work on product requirements and devise solutions.

　　Work closely with leads and architects to ensure each new development is in line with Cornerstone OnDemand vision and harmonizes with overall architecture.

　　You have got what it takes if you have...

　　Solid foundation in ROR with 2 years of hands-on experience with total 4+ years of IT experience.

　　Preferred one-year hands on experience in front end technologies like React.

　　Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

　　Solid grip on data structures and database designs.

　　Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.

　　Consideration for scalability, privacy, and security obligations.

　　Good communicator, driven team player and collaborator whose infectious can-do attitude inspires others and encourages superior performance in a fast-moving environment.

　　Excellent troubleshooting skills and desire to resolve technical debts.
