　　About Health

　　Cash App has grown rapidly to 70+ million users moving billions of dollars daily. To support this, we are building out Health - a new Platform organization responsible for product experiences aimed at promoting the health of the increasingly complex Cash App ecosystem. Health works to improve Cash App access for our customers, while limiting access for bad or unauthorized users by detecting and preventing improper use across all of our core product areas. The teams under Health creating these mission critical services and products include Identity, Access, Risk Controls and Support Automation.

　　About Health Eligibility

　　The Eligibility team's mission is to build a framework for evaluating a customer's eligibility to perform an action on the app based on identity, access and risk controls. Our goal is to provide a selfserve way to configure custom eligibility criteria and have a low effort integration to check respective criteria. As a server engineer on the Eligibility team, your contributions will influence the quality of our system's decisions of whether to allow millions of customers to access the financial services they need and also reduce the overhead of CashApp's expansion into new markets. As the owner of a platform, collaboration with other Cash teams and working through ambiguity is essential.

　　As a Senior Software Engineer on Health Eligibility, you will:

　　Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

　　Zone A: USD $202,500 - USD $247,500

　　Zone B: USD $192,400 - USD $235,200

　　Zone C: USD $182,300 - USD $222,800

　　Zone D: USD $172,200 - USD $210,400
