This role is for a Senio Software Engineer on the Bing Travel team. We are building a world class Travel solution spanning the whole spectrum of user's travel journey.

　　This travel product spans across multiple canvases (like Bing, MSN, Edge, Windows etc.) and the role involves understanding user intent, history and making customized experiences, based on recommendation, leading with great image, video, and virtual experiences, and providing insights drawn from analytics. Our experiences are seen by millions of users per day today and we expect to keep growing that significantly to create useful and personalized insights at web scale. These span across the whole spectrum from travel inspiration, destination exploration, planning trips, booking, and experiencing stages. 　　Responsibilities

　　Customer obsession in delivering differentiated world class experience.

　　Design, develop, test and deploy scalable and always available services which deliver delightful and finely-crafted user experiences on Bing.

　　Mining search user interaction signals to infer deep insights and recommendations

　　Fundamentals: champion and set example in security, supportability, usability, performance, accessibility of the product.

　　Features: plan, design, develop and deliver multiple end-users facing features as primary full stack developer.

　　Collaborate with different teams across disciplines to achieve the above.

　　Debug, mitigate, and set guard rails with automation while resolving issues.

　　Qualifications

　　BS or M.S in Computer Science or related technical fields

　　7+years of experience in Software Development

　　Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills

　　Strong Expertise in Coding & Designing highly performant systems.

　　Experience in building end to end design and development with help of technologies.

　　Firm Sense of accountability and ownership.

　　Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship.
