　　The Senior Software Engineer will perform analysis and design of software programs and systems and create, analyze, design, modify and test programs and systems.

　　The role:

　　You will be based in our Dublin, Ohio office as a Senior Software Engineer in one of our WorldShare Management Services development teams, contributing to the delivery of key strategic projects as part of the development of our WorldShare platform. Working with other developers, testers, UI/UX designers and architects, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across a global technology division of more than 300 employees.

　　Essential:

　　Bachelors degree in a Computer Science related discipline5+ years professional software development experience, including implementation of multiple major areas of functionality and leading sub-projectsWeb application development experience using Java, JavaScript and SQLExperience of supporting and mentoring junior engineersGood written and verbal communication skills in EnglishInterest in and ability to learn coding languages, tools and methods as requiredWillingness to participate in a team with a strong learning culture

　　Experience of modern web application libraries and frameworks (e.g. React, Spring Framework)Knowledge or interest in the principles of library science, information science, or information retrieval
