　　Job Responsibilities:

　　A focus on teamwork, delivering timely results and process improvement will be critical. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Prepare and reconcile bank accounts

　　Record journal for cash, expense accruals and revenue items

　　Responsible for related party receivables, including monthly recovery invoicing

　　Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial statements, reports, and packages

　　Review and maintain established accounting practices and procedures

　　Perform monthly fee calculations, invoicing, and tracking

　　Prepare wire and ACH payment requests

　　Assists with preparing capital call and distribution notices and the investor portal

　　Communication with external auditors and tax preparers as required

　　investigate accounting treatment, issues, and questions for new or unusual transactions

　　Ad hoc projects including financial reporting system implementation

　　Review invoices for coding and vendor verification

　　Assist with cash forecasting, state tax filings, and coding for corporate credit card expenses

　　Requirements

　　Job Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with 2-5 years of professional work experience in accounting preferred

　　Advanced Excel skills
