Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a fully cleared Personal Care Assistant (PCA) who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting medical services for an Intelligence Community (IC) client in northern Virginia. In this role you will:

Assist clientele who require assistance performing activities of daily living, i.e., hygiene needs, feeding, transporting in a wheelchair, escorting to vehicle and other activities as required,

Assist with minor office duties to include, but not limited to, printing, faxing, etc.,

Provide personal hygiene assistance throughout the day,

Promote personal safety and a safe environment for assigned personnel,

Perform other duties as required,

Comply with established policies and procedures.

Required Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

High School/High School equivalent and 5+ of PCA experience

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., and to assist with lifting and transitioning patients to/from wheelchair, chair, car, etc.

Active PCA certification

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
