　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Trainer II to join our team in the L ancaster, CA area.

　　Responsibilities include but not limited to:

　　The Trainer II supports the delivery of training courses to launch range end users, Team ManTech personnel, and contract personnel.

　　The student audience can be located at different physical locations, therefore coordination of video conferencing and managing the travel schedule for trainers to deliver training courses are included in the scope.

　　The Trainer II supports the course delivery calendar and coordinates with Government personnel to ensure the training is conducted for the right audience, in the right location, at the right time.

　　The Trainer II receives direction from more senior personnel.

　　Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR;

　　HS and 8 years of relevant experience OR;

　　Associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR;

　　Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR;

　　PHD and no experience

　　Must be a U.S. Citizen

　　Desired qualification:

　　Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)

　　Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF)

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

　　The projected compensation range for this position is $63,400-$105,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
